COMPPOSITION: Gotas: Drops: Each 100 mL contains: Clorofennotiazinilscopina Hydrochloride, 2.5 g.  Each tablet contains 200 mg: clorofenotiazinilcopine hydrochloride, 25 mg, excipients, c.s.p. 1 tablet.

INDICATIONS: disorders that have nausea and vomiting as prominent features, common vomiting or pregnancy, hyperemesis gravidarum, vomiting induced by drugs. Motion sickness.

DOSE: Adults: 10 25 mg c/4 to 6 hours (8 ½ to 20 drops or 1 tablet c/ 4 to 6 hours. Infants and children: 0,5 / kg bw c/4 6 hours. Children of 1 to 5 years: Maximum dose: 40 mg / day (10 drops or ½ tablet 3 times daily). Children > 5 years: Maximum dose: 75 mg / day (20 drops or 1 tablet 3 times daily).

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND PRECAUTIONS: Hypersensitivity to the active, CNB depression, bone marrow depression. Pheochromocytoma. Avoid concomitant use with alcohol.
